Gary Yamamoto's Zako joins the ranks of Yamamoto’s legendary line of soft plastic baits. Its segmented body and forked tail allow it to excel as a vibrating jig trailer, and its split-belly makes it a great choice for weedless Texas-rigging. The Zako also features a large-belly baitfish profile that perfectly mimics Bluegill and Shad, while also giving you more plastic to feed onto a jig-hook.
- Size: 4"
- 6 per pack
- Bigger belly to hold a hook/jig
- Tail features accordion-style cuts and is flanged for tight, minimal action
- Improved hookset ratios (tail folds in on itself when the fish bite)
- Flip Bait is the center line on top, so it's great for rigging dead center

A superb fishing simulation of a bait fish !
Throw this on as a trailer for your spinnerbait and you will get bit.
TB ran a great video on trailers for chatterbaits. They pointed out that a Kitech’s (which I’ve been using for a few years) long traverse wasn’t in harmony with the staccato movement of the blade. One of the suggested trailers was the Yamamoto Zerko. I tried it and caught two nice bass on my first outting. I’m a fan! It does make a difference.
This swimbait are awesome paired up with a chatterbait.
